Who we are

Learnify is built and operated by Tema Technologies in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. References to “we,” “our,” or “us” in these terms mean Tema Technologies.

What Learnify is

A study assistant (Study, Homework help, Quiz, Library). Not a cheating tool; always verify with your textbook/teacher.

Your responsibilities

• No cheating or plagiarism; no illegal or harmful content.
• Only upload content you have rights to.
• Don’t attack or abuse the service.

Accounts & content

Keep your credentials secure. Your uploads stay yours; you let us process them to deliver the service.

Plans & payments

The public plans page is view-only. To activate, you must sign in and follow the receipt flow. For billing questions, contact hello@learnify.et.

AI guidance

Answers are generated and grounded to your provided textbooks/pages whenever possible. Use them as guidance and always verify with your textbook or teacher before submitting work.

IP & liability

The app/UI/brand are ours; your uploads are yours. Provided “as is,” with no warranties; liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.

Changes & law

We may update these terms; using the app means you accept the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of Addis Ababa.
